These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers using GameislyLine shipping and delivery services in Uganda. By using our service, you agree to the following:

After 30 days, storage fees may apply, or items may be disposed of.

All payments must be made only through official GameislyLine accounts or offices.
Customers will receive an official receipt for every payment.
No refunds without an official receipt.

4. Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for secure packaging of items.
GameislyLine is not liable for damages caused by poor packaging.

5. Restricted Items
We only accept legal goods.
Prohibited items include: drugs, weapons, explosives, flammable items, powders, and other restricted substances.
Any illegal items will be reported to authorities.

6. Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide correct details (recipient name, contact, address, package description, and weight).
GameislyLine is not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate information.

7. Delivery & Pick-Up
Customers can pick up goods from GameislyLine offices or request delivery to their location (subject to arrangement).
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

8. Unclaimed Goods
Goods not claimed within 30 days may attract storage fees or be disposed of.

9. Liability Limitations
GameislyLine is not responsible for:
Delays caused by customs, weather, or government regulations.
Loss or theft of uninsured goods.
Damages from poor packaging or restricted goods.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, matters will follow Ugandan law and arbitration.
